If you have been impacted by a federally declared disaster, you may be eligible to apply for FEMA disaster assistance.

FEMA DISASTER RELIEF

Facility Rentals

Bernice Civic Center

The Bernice Civic Center Rentals are $750 a day with a $250 deposit. To book the Civic Center for an event or party, please contact the Town Hall at (318) 285-9071

Bernice Club House

The Bernice Club House rentals are $350 a day with a $150 deposit. To book the Clubhouse for an event or a party, please contact the Town Hall at (318) 285-9071

Town Hall Meeting Room

The Bernice Town Hall Meeting Room rentals are free to organizations and non-profits. Please contact the Town Hall at (318) 285-9071 to schedule the meeting room for an event, meeting, or party

Rental Policies

Tables and chairs are provided for the Civic Center, Club House, and Meeting Room excluding the initial setup and takedown.
Kitchen access is included with rentals of the Civic Center and Club House.
The rental deposit required for each facility is required at the time the contract is signed to reserve a facility.

Holiday Closures

Facility rentals are unavailable on the following holidays:

New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
Martin Luther King Jr. Day
Presidents Day
Easter weekend (including Good Friday)
Memorial Day
Juneteenth
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
