Pay Your Water Bill

• We accept Checks, Cash and Card.
• Please bring the bill statement that was sent to you by mail with you to PAY YOUR BILL.

The First Wednesday of Every Month

• If a past-due balance is not paid off from the previous month, on the first Wednesday of the next month, water services will be cut off  
• To turn on water services back on, you must pay the previous balance and inform the Town of Bernice before 1:30 pm. So, the water service can be turned backed on by 2pm that day. Anything later than 2 pm, water service will be turned on the next morning. 
• After water is cut off, there is a Reconnection Fee of $25.00 that will be added to the balance, alongside the late charge. 
• We will not turn on water back on during weekends or holidays.

NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE GIVEN!

TO AVOID BEING ADDED TO THE CUT-OFF LIST, SIMPLY PAY YOUR WATER BILL BEFORE THE FIRST WEDNESDAY OF THE MONTH BEFORE 11:00 AM 

1. All re-connect fee are $25.00 for the First offense

2. 2nd Offense $50.00 within a twelve- month period

3. 3rd offense $75.00 within a twelve-month period

4. 4th offense $100.00 and a schedule meeting with Mayor or Superintendent

To open a service account for water services at an address, you must fill out a water meter deposit form at Town Hall. This form can be filled out during our business hours of 8am to 5pm on M-Th and 8-4 on Fridays.

• Renters Deposit- $250

• Owners Deposit-$150
